Are you also behind an IPV6 ? They alternate between allowing it and disallowing it lately

Yep, Doc.

In the short term, a VPN's the easy solution. Proxies are blocked, but VPN are like a normal connexion and recognized as such.

If you don't want to pay for one, I'll mention Cyberghost VPN. I used to be a paying customer with them, till the day I forgot to renew my account... and then I discovered it was still working, only imposing me a countdown of 1-2 minutes before it would connect me to the VPN service, something I'm fine with.

You can check if you are behind a proxy here - http://proxydetect.com/
If you don't know how, open the link and paste here Your HTTP headers.

Oh, a good news.

The Opera browser, if you take its version made for developers, comes with a free unlimited VPN service.
That service comes from a company charging something like 7$ per month for this, but this company is a sub of Opera, and Opera wants a larger user base to manage to sell itself to a Chinese company.

So, in the meanwhile, wheeee, free VPN for whoever wants one ;)
(and supposedly, no more issues dumping because you're behind an IPV6)

Some IP adress detectors suck big hairy monkey balls. Which is why we used the method we talked about privately.

If you're using a VPN, your router has no say in this.
