I have been having this problem for the last couple of days:
I upload a video normally and when the upload is complete rather than going to the page with the download link and the thumbnails I go to a default page with just the header and footer on it.
Checking my uploaded files does not show the uploaded video.
The URL of the 'blank' post video page is in the form: http://videarn.com/uploaded.php?id=a803 ... dee7961594
I have tried with 3 different videos and on Firefox and chrome and the problem is always the same.
The videos are in wmv format and I have not changed anything in the codecs I have been using so far and used to work just fine on videarn.com
Anybody having similar issues?

We're having problems with our encoding servers at the moment, they're up and down, you're getting this when they're down. It should be working again now.

Re: Imagearn.com - OFFICIAL Feedback Thread
Well, 4 days now and am unable to upload any videos.
Are you guys working on a processing queue?
I noticed that now it gives a message when the video is not immediately encoded "Your movie is being processed and will appear on the site shortly."
However, this is not working properly since even after a couple of days, the uploaded video is still not available and needs to be re-uploaded again.

Uploads are working fine. As you can see from the site... We've had over 3k videos uploaded in the last 24hrs.
I suggest you check your connection, are you getting any error messages? Are you uploading whilst logged in so I can check your account? If so, please provide your user ID.

Re: Imagearn.com - OFFICIAL Feedback Thread
LOL, I have just realized this is the Imagearn thread. Must stop drinking
Anyway, too late now.
Tom, I think it has to do with the time I do my posting. I think my upload routine coincides with the time that the servers are very busy.
I tried today at a different time and the encoding works immediately.
However, I think there is a bug in the new processing queue:
Yesterday when I was uploading and the server was too busy, I got the message that my video "is being processed and will appear on the site shortly."
So I went to "My videos" page and there was a blank thumbnail for my newly uploaded video. I got the link and went ahead and posted that on my blog thinking that when the video will be encoded the link will be working fine.
And that is the problem:
I checked today and that video once the encoding was finished got a NEW LINK different to the one that was generated when the encoding was still pending.
I hope my explanation was clear enough and that this helps fix the problem.

Re: Imagearn.com - OFFICIAL Feedback Thread
hello, i am constantly getting rejection on banner codes. my codes from ero-advertising and in the required format (728x90) and this doesn't make sense. "We're sorry to inform, but your banner code has been rejected. This could be due to either the banners being the incorrect size, (728x90 size banners only). Or that you have full page adverts, inline adverts or hidden redirects / popups. Please update your banner codes and we will be glad to review them again."

Re: Imagearn.com - OFFICIAL Feedback Thread
I have the same problem when putting the Ero advertising banner codes on videarn.com. I have no idea what i am doing wrong, since the sizes are as requested and it is just a banner ad.
