Paying Filehosts Suspending Reward Program - UP TO DATE LIST
Oliver editing Cooper's post : here is an
Updated list of the dead, dubious or working filehosts.
Here's a list so far, please tell us if you know of others or if new updates must be added :
WORKING AND ACTIVE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
- Filefactory (you don't need anymore a premium account to upload files)
- Depositfiles (WARNING : they stopped counting US traffic in the paid stats, you might have better switch to World program, still counting US but with lower payrate)
- Netload (not counting stats for files smaller than 100 MB, no more Pay Per Download, only Pay Per Sales)
- Bitshare (I tested : they hyper-shave, earning ten times less per day than a host like filefactory or letitbit)
- Easybytez
- Extabit (business model entirely based on sales, from what I read)
- Syfiles (poor earnings, previously known as sharerun.com, I got one payment from them)
- Megashare
- Rapidgator (Paypal closed their account, they were bought by another company, they added another payment gate and it seems to work, they DO pay)
- Filehost.ws (recent host, but for the moment they do work and do pay)
- Filereactor (recent host, but for the moment they do work and do pay)
... and several others, now that the big fish are closing down in panic, the small fry know it's their chance, since there IS demand their market won't close down, they just have to stay small enough to proffit without attracting too much attention.
DUBIOUS
- Filevelocity (worked great for a while, their paypal account went on "probation" on april 24th, there's no telling if they'll make it out alive)
- Fiberupload, previously known as Buletupload : used to work, and to pay, despite frequent server problems. I got three payments, every time after a ten days delay of waiting. Then they were bought by another company and changed name to fiberupload, I got another payment... And then Paypal limited their account on April 25th, temporarily for the moment... But there's no telling how it will end. For the moment, since they can't take payments because of paypal they say, they stopped couting uploaders' earnings, it might change with their fresh new addition of Alertpay.
- Letitbit (Americans are soft-banned, the download links tell them no file is found even though it works for the rest of the world. Excellent to infuriate your American audience. I tested them : count like crap, stats fall spectacularly after the first days, but when I finally reached the minimum to request a payment, I got mine)
- Turbobit (Americans are soft-banned, the download links tell them no file is found even though it works for the rest of the world. Excellent to infuriate your American audience. I tested them : count like crap, stats fall spectacularly after the first days, but when I finally reached the minimum to request a payment, I got mine)
- Hotfile.com (they now only pay for sales - premium subscriptions - and will ban you and refuse to pay you if more than two of your files got DMCA notices. Meaning any competitor can get you assfucked easily, and you know you're ban material only when you request your payment. Besides they're facing a trial with the MPAA and are told to be working hand in hand wih the Feds)
- Uploaded.to (working in all regards... except that they IP-ban USA visitors, and switched to Pay Per Sales only model)
DEAD OR AT LEAST NOT PAYING ANYMORE
- Cloudcache.cc (website suddenly stopped working)
- Oron (the reward program has ended)
- Megaupload/Megaporn/Cum.com/Megavideo/etcetera : O RLY ?
- Filesonic (all gone, all banned)
- Filejungle (file sharing disabled, affiliate program disappeared)
- Fileserve (file sharing disabled, affiliate program disappeared)
- Filepost (no more affiliate program)
- Wupload (no more affiliate program)
- Duckload
- Filebeep
- Groovefile
- Zupload
- 4shared (no more affiliate program)
- Crocko (no more affiliate program)
- Filetram (no more affiliate program)
- Uploading.com (no more affiliate program)
In-Progress temporary list of other hosts to check, sorry but I have a life too, I can't spend all day on this, user reports or checking is welcome
- note to self : check that bigshare has indeed a remote upload feature
- Crocshare : same as above, but 10 GB storage only limit to mention
- GlumboUploads : add to the non-working list, they discontinued affiliates
- Hellshare : public search engine for stored files, this is called suicidal stupidity
- Ovfile : gotta check, got affiliate prog with correct earnings until you read it's per 10k and not per 1k lol
- Putshare : seems to work and have aff, gotta search for bad reports
- Useupload : same as above
- Bupload : seems they were in business even before the Megaupload crackdown, just heard from them, gotta check on them
- Queenshare : no idea, just saw mention of them to be working
Edited :
. mention of uploaded.to & the FBI
. mention of hotfile and the removed site sales feature
. letitbit removed from "working" and moved to "dubious" because of the soft ban of USA
. addition of crocko
Edited 2 :
. crocko now into 'fucken finger to the affiliates "list
. updates regarding oron and their affiliates acccount reviews
. filetram now without an affiliate program
. uploading.com now without an affiliate program
Edited 3 :
. addition of the in-progress list of hosts, sorry but I can't spend all day doing verifications, your feedback would help
Edited 4 :
. depositfiles not paying anymore for USA downloads
. hotfile change of paying plan, and filefactory only allowing premiums to upload
. updated or added information for Hotfile, Bulletupload, Letitbit, Turbobit, Extabit, Filevelocity, Filefactory, Sharerun, Bitshare and Cloudcache
Reordered the list, placing the working ones first, adding bold and color styling to make it easier to browse.
Updated info about letitbit, turbobit and Hotfile, added rapidgator among the dead. Added Sharerun, with the same mention as extabit (they use the same system after all), that they're entirely based on sales.
- filefactory : no more premium account required
- netload : PPS only
- sharerun : has become syfiles
- filevelocity has had their paypal account temporarily limited
- same for fiberupload, they also temporarily ( ? ) stopped counting earnings on the precence they couldn't earn themselves because of paypal, but they just added a new paygate, time will tell
- cloudcache.cc shut down apparently
- uploaded.to going only PPS
- oron closing their reward program, it seems
- rapidgator working again with another paygate despite paypal closing their account
- filereactor added, for the moment they do work and do pay, I've read
- filehost.ws added, for the moment they do work and do pay, I've read

Re: Fileserve Reward Program Suddenly Gone
When i go to that page it says. Error 404 - Page Not Found
Oliver's EDIT : the image attached by Doc was breaking the forum layout, I allowed myself to remove it.
It was a screenshot of Filesonic.com with the rewards page giving a cheerful "404 LOL", or something like that.

Re: Fileserve Reward Program Suddenly Gone
OH FUUUUUUCK!
I have that too now.
I guess it is taking time for them to remove the reward payment from ALL their servers.
Another 150$ gone
The least Filesonic and Fileserve could have done is to switch the uploaders money into credits that could be used to get a premium account.
And what's even worse is that filesonic has disabled public downloads all together.
One can only download his own uploaded files!
I have just noticed that Fileserve has also implemented this system.
Jesus, The amount of posts we'll need to remove because of non working download links will be gigantic.
MOTHERFUCKERS!!
